Responsibilities: - Be a recognized authority on strategy and planning of enterprise WLAN networking solutionsbased on region and industry. - Develop and drive strategy and direction, including creating high-level and detailed presentations. - Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and fellow product managers to define next-generation product capabilities and strategies by domain and industry. - Orchestrate solutions and products that deliver customer value and differentiated capabilities in different fields - A solution-first mentality that tightly integrates hardware, software, and other building blocks inside and outside to drive “better collaboration” outcomes - Grow the orchestration portfolio to become the foundation of the next-generation WLAN campuses and architectures. - Engage with and drive direct engagement with clients. - Leverage industry insight and product knowledge to drive third-party integrations. - Build up relationships with company's senior management and internal stakeholders as well as strategic partners.
Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - 5+ years of enterprise WLAN product management experience in ICT industry. - In-depth research on enterprise wireless LAN market space. - In-depth understanding of enterprise wireless LAN software and system architecture. - Understand enterprise wireless LAN and campus workflows. - Good business instincts can thrive in a fast-paced environment where there are opportunities for disruption and growth. - Deal with the uncertainty and flexibility of change to drive the right decisions about your products and the broader enterprise WLAN portfolio. - Ability to drive/influence the work of others cross-functionally can guide teams to achieve results on complex, ambiguous projects.
