Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with customers to implement their requirements at the factory. 2. Coordinate project team members. 3. Manage and oversee project progress and scheduling. 4. Organize and prepare reports. 5. Organize and compile necessary project documents, such as Process and SOPs. 6. Ensure smooth NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and seamless transition to mass production.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher, aged 20-35; 2. Over 3 years of experience in the after-sales service industry; 3. Familiar with after-sales business operation processes; 4. Basic English skills (able to use translation tools for simple daily communication with local employees), capable of writing English emails and SOPs.
