• Sustain & Develop the business for Key retail accounts in Japan. • Establish and cultivate new and existing relationships with Key Retail customers, including but not limited to chain stores. • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas • End-to-end operation and execution including order-to-cash, sales data analysis, Customer consolation, merchandising, Training and event conducting in these sectors • Collaboration with internal cross-function multicultural teams, including country sales manager, sales director, service & logistics, marketing team. • Develop high-quality service and connection to the whole Dealer and retailers’ organization. • Actively support best business practices and processes, ensuring continuous improvement where possible. Basic Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline • 3~5 years’ experience working in camera/consumer electronics industry as sales/account manager • Willing to travel as needed • Fluent in Japanese and Chinese or English Preferred Skills: • Similar key retailer accounts management experience with leading brands. • Financial acumen and leadership skills to build and develop profitability models. • Organizational and communication skills for multiple audiences and ability to obtain internal and external customer commitment. • Demonstrated customer relationship skills; ability to manage through influence. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective programs and sales initiatives. • Strategic and analytical thinking, data oriented decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to manage the details of day-to-day execution. • Passion for technology.
