Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain CI subcontractor resources, conduct due diligence and qualification assessments, and complete post-evaluation tasks regularly. Continuously optimize CI subcontractor management tools, such as contract templates, baseline terms, risk assessment forms, and post-evaluation standards. Perform feasibility and cost-benefit analyses from the CI perspective and provide reasonable recommendations for wind turbine design optimization. Prepare CI budgets and plans for new project bids, ensuring the lifting solutions are feasible and cost-competitive. Support negotiations with project owners, identifying CI obligations and risks; lead CI subcontract negotiations to align with the main contract and control risks. Determine the final CI subcontractors, along with their plans and quotations, based on company policies and processes, and submit for approval. Provide CI-related support during project execution, including commercial communication with subcontractors, progress tracking, handling changes, claims, counterclaims, and dispute resolution. Monitor CI contract execution, manage milestones, and supervise contractor performance.
Job Requirements
Familiarity with cranes and lifting processes. Some experience in lifting management; project management experience is preferred. Strong risk identification and control abilities. Excellent communication skills. Effective cross-cultural and cross-departmental collaboration skills. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Thai-English or Thai-Chinese speaking for work purpose. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher. At least 3 years of experience in lifting project management. Preference will be given to those with experience managing lifting equipment or complex construction projects in a project environment.
