Job Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Management • Supervise and manage the daily operation of the warehouse to ensure the smooth receiving, storage, packaging, and delivery of goods. • Develop and optimize the workflow of the warehouse to ensure that the loading, unloading, sorting, storage and other operations of goods are efficient and orderly. • Deal with abnormal situations in the process of inbound and outbound goods to ensure the safety and quality of goods. 2. Inventory Management : Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure that the actual inventory is consistent with the system records. • Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages and ensure proper inventory turnover in the warehouse. • Use a warehouse management system for inventory data management, track inventory changes and generate related reports. 3. Personnel Management • Recruit, train and manage warehouse staff to ensure that the team has efficient operational skills and good work ethics. • Arrange and optimize the work tasks and shifts of personnel to ensure that all work in the warehouse is carried out in an orderly manner. • Conduct regular performance reviews of employees to motivate the team to improve their work efficiency and responsibility. 4. Safety & Compliance Management • Supervise the safe operation process of the warehouse, ensure that the warehouse working environment meets health and safety standards, and prevent accidents and property damage. • Implement safety protection measures, manage the fire and security facilities of the warehouse, and ensure the safety of goods and personnel. • Ensure warehouse operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and comply with local labor laws, fire safety laws, and import and export regulations. 5. Customer Service & Communication • Maintain good communication with customers to ensure that customers' orders can be processed in a timely manner and solve customers' questions about warehousing and distribution. • Handle customer complaints and returns, optimize customer service processes, and improve customer satisfaction. • Maintain the relationship between suppliers and partners, and coordinate cooperation in freight and logistics. 6. Logistics & Distribution Coordination • Work closely with logistics companies and all parts of the supply chain to ensure that goods are shipped on time and arrive at their destinations. • Optimize transportation and distribution processes, reduce logistics costs, and improve the efficiency of cargo transportation. • Monitor the status of goods in transit to ensure that the goods arrive safely and on time to customers. 7. Cost Control & Budget Management • Control the operating costs of the warehouse, including labor costs, inventory costs, equipment maintenance expenses, etc. • Develops and manages the annual budget of the warehouse to ensure that the warehouse operations are in line with the company's financial objectives. 8. Data Analysis & Reporting • Regularly analyze the operational data of the warehouse, evaluate the efficiency of the warehouse, inventory levels and costs, and make recommendations for optimization. • Report to the company's management on warehouse operations, including inventory, on-time delivery, employee performance, etc. 9. Equipment Maintenance & Management • Manage the equipment and facilities of the warehouse, such as forklifts, scanners, shelves, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspections to reduce operational disruptions due to equipment failures.

Job Requirements

College degree or above; Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; More than 5 years of work experience in the same position, overseas work experience in the same position is preferred; Familiar with 3C electronic products after-sales service is preferred
