About you Previous proven track record in a sales/ or retail role. Ability to use own initiative to problem solve and the mind set to get stuck in to get the job done. Excellent proven organisation and prioritisation skills. Strong communication & negotiation skills with internal and external customers. Experience of working in a branded environment. Experience of selling to SMEs/ large retailers. Ability to stay calm under pressure and stay in control of a situation. Strong IT skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. About the job: Account Management: • Develop current customer relationships and maintain strong account relationships within the UK market. • To manage and coordinate with sales and merchandiser team to follow up new project inquiries and ensure customer experience is maintained throughout. • Efficiently analyze sales reports and market trends to identify possible areas for sales growth and to pinpoint customers in decline. • Achieve sales growth in existing customers using effective point of sales materials and Bisong own range expansion. • Participate in all kinds of exhibitions organized by the company and meeting with customers. • Customer visiting in the UK, recommendation of new products, and after-sales service. • Be responsible for the negotiation and signing of orders, as well as the evaluation, tracking, management, and risk control of trade orders. New business development: • To help seek out, recruit, and successfully launch ‘approved’ new business opportunities whilst supporting the sales strategy and budget.
Skills, Education and Experience: • Highly self-motivated, confident, and self-driven, able to solve problems efficiently and provide solutions to customers. • At least 2 years of sales experience. • Bachelor degree or above. • Experience in developing and expanding market territories. • Knowledge in trade and order management processes. • Product knowledge in bags & fashion accessories is preferred. • Strong presentation skills. • Excellent customer relationships and sales negotiation skills. Further details: • British national. • Willing to work in Nanshan, Shenzhen, CHINA with frequent travel to the UK. • Generous commission paid based on yearly customer turnover. Contract length: 12 months Expected start date: ASAP Job Type: Full-time, contract Schedule: Monday-Friday with the odd weekend worked to align with Chinese national holidays.
