Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate regional sales strategies according to the company's sales strategies; 2. Develop and maintain the B2B distribution partnership; complete the sales plan and payment collection tasks; 3. Master the needs of the market and customers, actively develop and track customers on sell-in and sell-out, and project process; 4. Preside over the negotiation and signing of contracts of the company; 5. Maintain customer relations, visit customers regularly, and track project progress; 6. Effectively manage European distributors and channels; 7. Participate in exhibitions, market research, and analysis of competitive products.
Job Requirements
1. Good communication skills in English and German; 2. More than 5 years of B2B sales experience in the photovoltaic inverter, energy storage, UPS and battery; 3. Working experience with Chinese companies is preferred;
