Job Responsibilities
Customer management: 1. Responsible for customer relationship maintenance, regularly review the use of the system with customers to improve customer satisfaction; 2. Explore customer needs, expand the breadth and depth of cooperation with existing customers, analyze the needs of customers, and propose solutions and business quotations; 3. Responsible for the renewal and payment collection of existing customers; Implementation management: 1. Responsible for project planning, program preparation, user training, on-line support, etc. during the implementation of the project; 2. Responsible for the communication and business research of project customers, and obtain timely and accurate demand information; 3. Responsible for analyzing and sorting out the requirements, and forming the requirements specifications for product technicians; 4. Responsible for compiling, updating and publishing business processes, product manuals, training materials and other project-related documents; 5. Assist sales with pre-sales technical support.
Job Requirements
1. Experience in the implementation of warehouse management system, transportation management system, express management system, e-commerce system, ERP and other systems is preferred; 2. Experience in customer management is preferred; 3. Excellent project management skills. 4. Outgoing personality, willing to communicate with others, strong interpersonal communication skills; 5. Good initiative and teamwork spirit; 6. Good document writing skills; 7. Work diligently and hard, and be able to work under pressure; 8. Able to adapt to business trips. 9. Proficient in English for communication
