Job Responsibilities

>Sales - Looking for new Buyer (Importers/NKA/Distributors) and ensure the repeating order of each customer in each territory - Coordinating with other Bus. Representative in other territory to ensure product distribution - Creating business agreement to avoid price conflict - Providing price quotation based on the brand positioning & selling price to end customer - After sales support service & follow up >Marketing - Constructing marketing activation strategy and plan to ensure brand awareness - Utilizing and managing efficient marketing budget generated from their own sales - Creating a marketing proposal to HQ if ever the budget needed exceeds the generated budget >Others - Payment management (Deposit, Balance Payment and/or LC Issuance) - Communicating to the buyer as Company representative to do necessary damage control and correction in the territory - Coordinating with buyer to ensure good movement of goods from distributor warehouse - Ensure on time replenishment

Job Requirements

- At least 2 years of working experiences in related field (Sales/Business Development/Marketing or relevant role) in FMCG Industry - Major in International Business Management / Administration is preferable - Maximum 30 years old - Loyal & friendly, proactive & adaptive, having good soft skills such as communication, negotiation, problem solving, time management, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a MUST; written & spoken (Mandari: HSK level 5 for non native speaker & English: TOEIC > 650 or TOEFL > 450) - Willingness to travel on field - Preferably located in China (Shanghai, Shenzen/Guangzhou, Beijing)
