Job Requirements

Academic Degree in natural science, engineering or a field directly related to the position 10+ years of experience in Compound design Experienced in dealing and communicating with suppliers Familiar with the tire production process Experienced in making tire quality analysis Fluent in English (written and spoken) Open-minded, team player, strong communication skills
