Job Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities 1. Able to use the CNS effectively in planning and lesson writing; 2. Able to incorporate curricular and standards-based knowledge into content scope and sequence for projects; 3. Able to develop standards-based objectives, outcomes, and unit plans for all levels; 4. Able to create content and activities for student textbooks; aligns textbooks to CNS; 5. Works with graphic designer to create high-quality, attractive products; 6. Assists parent services and marketing by providing information regarding curriculum and course structures; 7. Assists in the creation of teacher training on curriculum development and competency-based instruction; 8. Assists in the creation of informational sessions for parents regarding education and child development; 9. Works with a team to design concepts for educational computer games; works with flash designers to reach high level of quality; 10. Assists in the development of materials to support teachers before, during, and after class.

Job Requirements

Requirements： 1. Excellent spoken and written English language ability 2. At least 5 years of teaching experience in Chinese schools; 3. At least 3 years experiences work on Chinese National Standards (CNS); 4. Knowledge of subject matter, pedagogy, and curriculum design; 5. Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization; 6. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills.
