Job Responsibilities

Note that this position is based in Beijing. No relocation compensation is offered for applicants outside of Beijing. The Client Solutions team is responsible for: - Coordination of client deliverables on a day-to-day and project-to-project basis - Development of new, innovative products for our clients It is composed of a Support and Delivery team. We are recruiting Associates for the Support team. As an Associate on the team, you will: -manage and coordinate the lifecycle of assigned transcription or translation projects -source and coordinate with equipment providers for on-site events requiring interpretation equipment An example of a workflow that you'll follow on a day-to-day basis may require you to receive recordings of conference calls, staff qualified professionals to transcribe the call, conduct a quality check of the final transcript, and return the deliverables to the Client Services team. From time-to-time, you'll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new members to the Client Solutions Delivery team. Working hours The Client Solutions Support team is composed of APAC and Global teams. APAC team members work during daytime, processing requests from APAC clients. Global team members are expected to work overnight, processing requests from EMEA or Americas clients. A daily meal & transportation allowance is provided for the Global team to offset the atypical working hours. Our office is in WeWork Guanghua Lu, where you'll have unlimited coffee and Jing A beer, and frequent team outings.

Job Requirements

Qualifications - You must have strong research skills, especially the ability to identify key concepts and companies of a variety of industries with the ability to process deliverables in a timely and scalable way - You must be highly detail-oriented and have a strong problem-solving ability - You must have good English comprehension. Other foreign languages is a plus. - You must have strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities - Experience with cloud tools such as Salesforce or Trello a huge plus
