Job Responsibilities

Uploading Top Talent into Avature Facilitating DPS (Data Process System) request and following up where required Maintaining the Avature System statuses are up to date in Real Time Viewing Avature reports to ensure top talent are not dispositioned after 30 days Engagement of Top Talent in Avature to maintain focus on Medtronic Managing requests from Recruiters Shorlistbuilding within specific timeframes to ensure Time to Fill SLA is hit Engagement and follow up with Recruiters to ensure Silver Medalists are sent to the TCC to build a quality Silver Medalist portfolio Liaising with Sourcing Team Leader to ensure quarterly demand planning is up to date with clear targets

Job Requirements

Effective Engagement skills with external Top Talent and Recruiters Request / deadline orientated Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy throughout Avature and when shortlist building Previous Sourcing experience desirable but not essential Previous Avature experience desirable but not essential
