Job Responsibilities

1. Good at overall quality management, including incoming materials, process, shipment inspection, quality engineering, instrument school, DCC, etc. In 6 sigma, Lean, 7S, real-time SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, KPI and other aspects have many years of practical experience; 2. Good at establishing/improving quality management system, good at quality team building, familiar with cGMP, HACCP, OHSAS 18001, UL/CE/CCC system implementation and internal/external audit, including PPAP, MSA, FMEA, GR&R, 6 sigma, SPC/7S/Kanban visual/lean production/performance management, etc. 3. Understanding the production process and reliability test (routine performance test and environmental test) of electronic products, such as cooked hardware and mechanical processing, plastic production (injection products), surface treatment (screen printing, oil injection, electroplating, etc.). 4. rich experience in process quality control, application of FMEA, DFEA, CE Diagra, etc. 5. Organize and promote the handling of abnormal quality, take the lead in dealing with customer complaints and returns investigation and cause analysis, and promote relevant responsible departments to formulate improvement measures to follow up on the timely and effective closed-loop settlement of customer complaints; 6. Be responsible for formulating, modifying and periodically reviewing incoming inspection standards, inspecting the implementation status of standards, and participating in supplier quality assurance capability evaluation, supplier quality planning evaluation, etc. 7. Hold quality cost meetings regularly to analyze and improve the company's quality cost, so as to promote the implementation of production quality improvement plan, improve the quality and reliability of products, and prevent the occurrence of potential defective products; 8. Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the company's process system, and internal process audit of the work of various departments to improve and ensure the efficient, high-quality and reliable operation of the company's process;

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above; 2. Fluent in oral English. 3. More than three years experience in quality management and customer audits in large international companies. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Experience in electronic cigarette industry is preferred.
