Job Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and manage sales partners (distributors/dealers) in in designated East ASIA Countries, namely, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand And HongKong, Taiwan - 甄别、开发、管理SFA在特定亚洲国家(诸如韩国、新加坡、马来西亚、印度尼西亚,菲律宾、泰国)及香港、台湾的合作伙伴 - Follow-up and coordinate the ordering and payment process between France Office and Asian Customers 跟进及协调(法国公司与客户之间)销售订单、应收款项 -Execute the Sales/marketing activity achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target: --- 负责SFA、季度、年度销售预算 - Organize and takes part in technical seminar and exhibitions, promoting SFA Brand and its sewage disposal technology. Develop and manage identified social digital marketing tools for corresponding sales AREA --- 组织、参与技术研讨会及展会,推广SFA 品牌以及相应的污水处理技术.开发及管理相应销售区域经认可的数字化社交营销手段 --- Maintains relationships with distributors; designing firm; decoration company, enhance the SFA brand influence in relative market - 维护与装修工程公司;装修设计公司的合作关系,扩大SFA品牌在相关市场的影响力 - Other Sales relative duties as assigned. -其他分配的销售相关责任
Job Requirements
1.Above Bachelor Degree, Major in mechanic and electric or construction engineering or foreign trade or marketing is preferred. 以上学历,机电或建筑工程或外贸或市场营销相关专业优先; 4-5 years experience in business development / sales in Trading market, preferably in construction/decoration materials in the ASIA area. 2. 5年的贸易市场开发与营销经验,亚洲地区建筑、装修行业销售经验者优先; Person who be familiar with the pump or constructional/decoration material market refer outlined area, or familiar with prospection targeting Interior designers, facility managers, architects, contractors, fit out / fitting managers, (hotel) maintenance managers 3.Good communication skill and team work spirit. 沟通能力及团队合作精神; 4.Experienced with dealer management and development; strong marketing/negotiation skills 销商开拓、管理经验,较强的市场开拓能力和业务谈判能力; 5.knowledge in digital marketing and experience to manage and operate digital social media like Linkedin, Facebook and others . 具有数字化营销技能及数字化社交媒体(如linkedin、facebook或其他)管理、运行经验 技能要求及个人物质(Skills and Personal Attributes): 1.Fluent English, very good command of Mandarin (preferably native Chinese or South ASIA) 普通话流利,英语能读写,中文或南亚国家语种为母语优先。 2.Highly computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; email 熟悉电脑操作,熟练使用常用办公软件(Excel ,Word, PPT)及邮件往来 3.Honesty and integrity, good interpersonal skills, a team player able to work with other members to achieve goals of the team 诚实、正直,良好的沟通能力,作为团队一员能够与其他成员一起为实现共同目标而努力 4.Self-driven, self organized with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives 自我驱动,自我管理, 能根据事项轻重缓急有效安排事务处理顺序 5.Able to work independently, hands-on and proactive 能独立、务实、及前瞻性地开展工作 6.Open-minded and Willing to travel through the region 性格外向,能够适应区域性出差
