Job Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities: • Participate in client service teams addressing a variety of issues and industry sectors; • Support teams in research and analysis of evolving China public policy and business environment; • Participate in drafting of materials and documents including: backgrounders; news releases; research and analysis reports; fact sheets; bios; newsletters; prepared remarks; program proposals; and information statements; • Research and monitor client's business and industry; • Assist in the preparation of new business proposals;

Skills Required: • Strong intellect and broad understanding of public relations; • Research and analytical capability for public policy or related issues; • Results and quality oriented; • Native English speaker with strong English language skills; • Excellent oral and written communication skills.; • Excellent interpersonal skills; • Ability to work as a member of a team; • Ability to generate ideas and think creatively; • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously; • Ability to facilitate organization of project details; • Proficient in computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Other Preferred Qualifications: • BA or BS degree; • Work experience in professional services firm, government, non-profit, journalism, public relations, communications or related field (not essential); • Outstanding academic qualifications in relevant areas such as: international relations, public affairs, political science, public relations (general humanities and business qualifications will be considered; • General understanding of the techniques of a professional services/consultancy firm, journalism, public relations, communications or related field; • Capacity to develop or existing in-depth knowledge of business and specific industries (such as healthcare, technology, chemicals, financial services, telecommunications etc.);
