Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the New Constellation Investment Co.,Ltd in Beijing. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the General Manager. Also, you will be responsible for providing full assistance to the management team, including meeting scheduling, meeting minutes, action follow-up, etc. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and organizing sales summit, annual customer meeting, industry group meeting with the General Manager. Assist General Manager in looking for watches distributors in Europe Finally, you will be the anchor person to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
· University level degree with minimum 1-3 years of experiences of relevant business (“sales and marketing” preferred) · Excellent English skills, both in written and spoken · Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines · Bright, confident personality · Excellent in planning and organizing skill. · Communication skill Foreign employee (European American) is preferred
