Job Responsibilities

1.Assist sales manager to deal with foreign trade orders from different countries; Communicate with foreign customers online and email about order; 2.Assist sales manager to develop foreign customers through netword platform,database or the other way; 3.Follow up orders before , during and after sales , Maintain customer relationship,Create order ; 4.Understand the needs and ordering requirements of different customers , To provide customers with professional product introduction , order consultation , etc; 5.Quickly and effectively connect orders with other related departments of the company , and follow up customer orders ; 1.协助销售业务经理处理不同国家的外贸订单,与国外客户在线和邮件沟通订单相关事宜; 2.辅助销售业务经理通过网络平台,数据库等开发国外客户; 3.负责订单售前,售中,售后服务,维护客户关系,订单促成等; 4.充分了解不同客户的需求及订购要求,有效地为客户提供专业的商品介绍,订单咨询,流程指引等; 5.与公司其他相关部门快速有效地对接订单相关业务,跟进客户订单情况;

Job Requirements
