Job Responsibilities

1. In accordance with the company's teaching requirements, presided over the construction of teaching and research content in the direction of early childhood English, compiled relevant teaching and research materials, and improved the teaching and research process; 2. Clear positioning of teaching and research content for children of the target age group, clear teaching and research content and course direction, and develop educational products that meet the English enlightenment of children of all ages; 3. Responsible for the implementation, tracking, evaluation and optimization of teaching and research courses within the discipline, regularly summarizing teaching results and ensuring the completion of teaching objectives; 4. Responsible for the routine training of teachers within the discipline; 5. Conducted research on excellent competitive products to meet the needs of the company, and presented and shared internal training in a logical way; 6. Cooperate closely with various departments of the company and actively promote the in-depth integration of English course content and other course content.

Job Requirements

1, Major in English, Pre-school Education, Education or other related disciplines, Master's degree or above, overseas study background or working experience is preferred 2. Have a comprehensive understanding of English language textbooks and systems at home and abroad, and have rich experience in teaching and researching English for young children; 3. Willing to embrace innovative education, strong learning ability, logical thinking ability and interdisciplinary team communication skills; 4. Diligent, practical, responsible, strong ability to work under pressure, and have good professional ethics, can strictly abide by the industry. 5. TESOL certificate is preferred
