Job Responsibilities
1. Development and maintenance of overseas customer promotion, familiar with B2B foreign trade process operations. 2. Maintenance and follow-up of existing customers to promote relationships with old clients and cooperation on new projects. 3. Customer acquisition through social media. 4. Follow-up and coordination of customer orders and financial issues. 5. Responsible for building the foreign trade department team, training new employees, providing training incentives, possessing strong goal management skills and execution capabilities. Effectively coordinate and manage all teams within the foreign trade department, fostering team atmosphere and motivating team members.
Job Requirements
1. Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills (CET-4 or above), with strong language expression abilities. 2. More than three years of experience in foreign trade sales, with at least two years of management experience. 3. Experience in the LED display industry is preferred. 4. Strong abilities in market trend collection, new product planning, and team development; cheerful personality, good communication skills, clear thinking, and strong ability to work under pressure. 5. Proficient in using office software and familiar with operations on platforms like Alibaba.
