Job Description Digital Focus Areas • Email & Automation - Working together with campaign leads from across the group, setup and implement high performing EDM campaigns for company-wide group and local marketing initiatives; Develop and manage effective campaign automations across channel (web, EDM, social, forms, surveys) via our CRM & automation software. Actively develop and share continuous practice improvements, shared knowledge and Edm outcomes; • Webinars – Provide backend setup & support for weekly webinars across the organization, and lead the development of firm practices for improving webinar formats, impressions, engagement and conversion; • Video and Podcasts – Provide backend setup & support for weekly cross organizational video recording, editing coordination and social posting; Develop firm practices for improving video formats, channel performance, impressions, engagement and conversion; • Data Enhancement and Segments - Expertly leverage and help improve our data, to increase EDM effectiveness performance, grow audiences via mining, and through campaigns increase our effective targeting of interest groups. • Audience Growth and Interests - Contribute to continuous audience growth and improvements in engagement through digital activities, by working with CRM, marketing teams, and social media teams. Supporting Areas • Web development - Support web development by creating, editing, and optimizing web pages as a part of minor maintenance or major website projects; • SEO - Support with SEO-based recommendations to web development and marketing teams concerning campaign and other website pages; • Social – Act as a part of our social media team to help manage and support select social media networks and activity; • Multimedia editing - Help to create, edit, support and promote multimedia content, in partnership with group and regional marketing teams; • Provide digital support for special projects, partnerships, and initiatives Performance Practices • Learn and gain expertise in our business, our services, and audiences’ / clients’ interests and rivers. • Maintain monthly competitive scans, be vigilantly aware of market trends and technology and actively share this with the rest of the marketing and wider organization. • Create regular reports which cover digital marketing metrics and outcomes, which observe digital marketing and general marketing best practices and measurements; • Provide training about digital practices to business stakeholders and marketers, acting as a thought leader within the team, and assisting in championing the firm’s digital strategy;
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills • 2+ years’ (Associate level) or 4+ years (Senior) experience within a relevant digital marketing role; • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or another relevant field • Must have’s: o Good understanding of CRM database segment targeting and queries (eg: D365, SF); o Expert with planning and operating sophisticated campaigns using marketing automation platforms, like ClickDimensions, Act-on, Hubspot; o Experience with planning and running successful email marketing campaigns, with the capability to design and troubleshoot tactics and templates to ensure top performance; • Advantages: o English writing skills, in AP, Promotional and Social styles; o Familiarity with CMS (eg: Wordpress); o Google Analytics and On-page and off-page SEO (Google, Bing); o Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, JavaScript is a plus. o An understanding of Asian business environment, and an real interest in foreign investment in Asia, and international business; • Native English Speaker preferred; DSA is committed to creating a diverse work environment.
