Overview This an exciting opportunity for an individual to be part of a team delivering quality customer service in a new, fast-paced, developing environment Job Description As an AV \ VC Equipment Tech, you will provide AV \ VC equipment checks in conference rooms across our client’s site. A motivated self-starter who is friendly and engaging with customers and co-workers alike to promote a company that provides a multitude of services providing a unique service delivery structure across a range of product sets in the IT and AV environment. The successful Level 1 Tech candidate will work in a quick-paced environment and demonstrate a willingness to accept and drive innovation and process improvements. This is what you’ll do: AV / VC equipment checks Raise tickets via the customer system for all issues with equipment. Complete all forms and upload them to the customers’ record repository. Maintain all logs and reporting documentation. Adhere to business guidelines, company policies and safety regulations Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional manner Must be able to work with manual and powered material handling equipment Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Minimum of 1-year customer service-related experience required Prior experience in handling IT equipment and peripherals is an advantage but attitude, application and desire to get the job done and succeed are more important. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Working knowledge using Microsoft Windows is required. Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills. Ability to effectively work individually or within a team in a fast-paced environment. Competency in performing multiple functional tasks. Ability to meet employer's attendance policy. Willingness to cross-train for other job functions. Must have excellent problem-solving skills. Must be able to work Monday – Friday and be available for overtime and weekends as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required. New hires must meet all WISA employment qualifications when hiring, including successfully passing background checks.
