Job Responsibilities
Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales KPI targets within the German restaurant community Acquisition of new clients as well as expansion of existing customer relationships Identification and analysis of market and competitive trends to explore new business opportunities Preparation of offers, negotiation of contracts, and conclusion of sales agreements Regular reporting to management on sales activities and results Data import in CRM to achieve full visibility of pipeline status and progress Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research restaurant client operational needs, and identify how allO solutions can address those needs Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics Work with other sales team members to collaborate on industry-specific outreach efforts
Job Requirements
Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in sales, in technology, and software industry Native German with strong communication skills along with proficiency in English Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Technical understanding and affinity for innovative technologies Willingness to travel to other German regions Ability to travel at least 50% of the time Experience in closing enterprise-level deals Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience with Pipedrive CRM Sales experience in SaaS software solutions Restaurant, hospitality or payment solution platform experience Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
