Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the Sales Director in formulating overall sales strategies, sales plans, and quantifiable sales targets based on regional market development and company strategic planning. 2. Develop the annual sales expense budget and achieve the sales targets assigned by the company. 3. Establish evaluation indicators such as sales volume, market coverage, and market share. 4. Break down sales task indicators, and set up responsibility and expense evaluation methods. 5. Develop and adjust sales operation policies. 6. Organize and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and coordinate the handling of various market issues. 7. Coordinate sales relationships, adjust sales regional layout, and evaluate business performance.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related fields. 2. Training in marketing, product knowledge, industrial economics, public relations, management skills development, etc. 3. Over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales management. 4. Deep understanding of marketing work. 5. Good market judgment and development abilities, with strong organizational and management skills. 6. Proficient in using office software. 7. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 8. Integrity, honesty, maturity, openness, and confidence. 9. High work enthusiasm and good team spirit. 10. Strong observation and adaptability skills.
