Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities 1、Assist in suppliers and contract management. 2、To Assist in office setup, company registration, and licensing. 3、To Flight/Train booking, hotel booking for staff or visitors. 4、To Assist in organizing team building, activities, annual events. 5、To monitor the out-sourced office cleaning work;Office supplies procurement. 6、To Assist Engage management to regulate administration. 7、Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1、Bachelor degree or above major in administrative management, English, etc. 2、Computer basic knowledge, MS Office. 3、Good Interpersonal and communication skills, Initiative and passion. 4、Native language is one of Ukrainian/Russian, excellent written and verbal skills in both Mandarin & English.
