Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee sales management for the designated business lines, including but not limited to sales strategy, market expansion, customer development and maintenance, product deployment, and team building, to achieve the sales targets set by the group. 2. Build and strengthen the sales network, enhance market control, and drive customer development and maintenance. 3. Develop annual product sales strategies, gather competitive market intelligence, and adjust sales and pricing strategies in response to changes in the market environment. 4. Track and manage team sales collections to meet annual profit targets. 5. Manage the sales team, driving both Chinese and local teams to achieve business goals. 6. Coordinate with various departments of the branch office to resolve business-related issues. 7. Address other tasks assigned by the group.
Job Requirements
1. Over 8 years of work experience, with a bachelor's degree or higher. Strong sales management team skills required; basic English proficiency preferred (domestic candidates with strong capabilities may be considered). 2. Extensive sales management experience, with overseas experience managing sales operations in at least one country. Domestic experience should include provincial or regional management. 3. Strong sense of mission, broad perspective, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to influence others. Solid understanding of sales operations. 4. Willing to develop in the African region and accept relocation to Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire).
