Job Requirements

- Degree holder or above in Business Administration with major in Human Resources Management is preferred - 3 years+ experience of recruiting and talent acquisition, experience in semiconductor industry is an advantage - Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods - Familiar with local recruitment channels, labor ordinances and policy - With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a good potential to assess people via LinkedIn, social networks, and platforms to find talent - English or Japanese can be used as working language - Flexible, positive, independent, detail-oriented and dynamic team player - Enjoy working in a fast pace and energetic environment - Working Location: Munich, Germany & Tokyo, Japan
