Job Responsibilities

Job Description: 1. Responsible for market information collection, customer’s needs; Medical instruments industry market and achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales tasks in target overseas market in Russia and around area. 2. Propose district sale target for KA plan, organize to fulfill the plan and achieve the sales target. 3. Maintain and increase customers’ relationships; Help to deal with the communication of related department and customers; Tel and face visit with customers regularly and record it. 4. Responsible for new market exploring, develop new customers and promote the company’s brand overseas; 5. Responsible for target overseas market planning and execution; 6. Collect effective marketing news, propose customers’ requests on time, assist marketing department’s work with advertise. 7. Report the sales process to KA Manager and feedback the project of the district sales, follow up problems in sales action and propose solution. 8. Sign the agreement with customers, send invoice and trace the related work to make sure agreement available and payment refund. 9. Useful of sales budget with reason, improve the efficiency of budget. 10. Responsible for translation when facing overseas commercial activities. 11. Actively participate in the company's domestic and foreign exhibitions, and provide relevant assistance; 12. Collect customer opinions, market information, competitor information, industry information, etc.; 13. Investigated and analyzed customer complaints and claims information and guided the quality department or related departments to formulate relevant improvement plans; 14. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 1. College Degree or above, international trade, marketing major are preferred 2. Prefer medical instruments industry Sales or related industry. 3. Familiar with Russian and English in plus; 4. Working experience preferred, proficient in international trade knowledge, familiar with the industry and market conditions;(Shipping operation, cargo risk awareness; Knowledge of financial settlement and tax planning skills; Understanding of international trade process, and Offshore trading skills) 5. Proficient in office software such as WORK, EXCEL, PPT. 6. Open, hardworking, result-orientation; 7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good customer service awareness. Acute observation and power of persuasive & influence 8. Strong endurance, resistance to setback &, pressure, adapt to Long business trip, team work spirit 9. Dedicated spirit, good professional attitude; 10. Can work under high pressure, adjusting to overseas travel when necessary. 11. Prefer overseas students who study in China. Employee benefits 1. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day. 2. Working location: Guangzhou/Zhuhai 3. Salary and welfare: base salary + 1%-3% commission+ communication allowance 4.
