Job Responsibilities

1. Job Description: According to the environmental changes, plan and improve the company's occupational health and safety management, environmental management and cleaner production, ensure the company's production safety, operation environmental compliance, emission reduction and consumption reduction, improve environmental and economic benefits. 2. Work content: 2.1 Responsible for EHS management of the factory; Reporting to the PLANT General MANAGER under the MATRIX leadership of the EHS DEPARTMENT of the Group Company 2.2 Implement EHS system and management requirements of the group, coordinate and optimize important matters in the implementation process 2.3 Responsible for EHS "three simultaneous" inspection related business, and supervise the implementation of "three simultaneous" system 2.4 Support and maintain the effective operation of factory EHS system, and continue to standardize EHS technology and working methods 2.5 Responsible for the implementation of safety and environmental protection inspection and audit, monitoring risk changes, timely formulation and adjustment of risk control measures, and promoting the implementation of risk control measures 2.6 Manage EHS objectives, performance and assessment, and focus on EHS training and culture building 2.7 Manage public relations of relevant government departments

Job Requirements

Job Qualification: 3.1 Basic Conditions: A) Fluent in Chinese and English, local language of the project is preferred B) At least 2 years EHS related working experience in an industrial enterprise, working experience in a lithium battery manufacturing company or setting up a factory in Europe or America is preferred C) Have some project management experience D) Proficient in WORD, EXCEL, PPT, CAD, Project and other basic office software 3.2 Comprehensive quality: A) Have a sense of responsibility and a responsible attitude towards the results B) Strong cross-department coordination ability, leadership communication ability and strain ability C) Careful and serious work, high understanding, strong pressure resistance 3.3 Skills Required: A) Familiar with ISO45001, ISO14001 and other management systems B) Familiar with risk analysis and risk management C) Master common EHS techniques and tools D) Holder of Certified Safety Engineer Certificate
