Job Responsibilities
1. Plan and expand market channels based on the company's annual development goals and strategies to achieve overall market expansion objectives. 2. Fully manage the company's project channel expansion team, develop and implement systematic professional training programs to enhance the business capabilities of the market sales team. 3. Drive negotiations and progress for company projects, including project evaluation, business negotiations, and contract negotiations. 4. Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in sales, admissions, and market channel development in the study abroad industry. 2. Over 5 years of experience in managing a market expansion sales team, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial role. 3. Familiarity with studying in Germany, with preferred resources for expanding institutional channels. 4. Ability to select, use, nurture, and retain talent, with strong team management and performance-driven skills. 5. Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent team collaboration, communication, and coordination abilities. 6. Keen market awareness and strong adaptability.
