Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the existing distributors and retailers of the brand in the French market, develop new distributors and retailers, and achieve the company's annual sales target. 2. Develop corresponding sales strategies for different retailers, facilitate the smooth entry of products into retailers, and increase sales. 3. Formulate marketing strategies based on sales strategies and headquarters' product strategies, integrate resources, and organize the implementation of brand marketing. 4. Responsible for the operation and achievement of sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out targets for distributors and retailers, monitoring the parallel imports, and the prices from retailers. 5. Collect and analyze market trends, competitor movements, customer feedback, etc., and provide feedback to headquarters. 6. Provide weekly updates on market progress to headquarters. Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years of sales experience in GSM, consumer electronics, IT, home appliances, or storage industries. 2. Successful sales and key account management experience is required, knowledge and skills in retail marketing are highly preferred. 3. Native speaker level of communication and negotiation skills in French and professional level in English is required. 4. Good management, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required. 5. Experiences and resources with French top retailers such as Fnac-Darty, Boulanger, Electro Depot, Carrefour, and Auchan, etc are highly preferred. 6. Strong cross-cultural skills are highly preferred.
