Develop and manage middle size Europe & US consumer brand accounts to achieve defined commercial targets. Educate and persuade clients to understand China eCommerce or online retail environment, help them to build healthy brand awareness and robust sales result by our online marketing services and eCommerce solutions. 1. Build relationships with competitive European and US brands, advise them to adapt China online retail methodology. 2. Define and execute a joint business plan and strategy with clients to achieve joint business objectives. 3. Develop tactics and proposals for western consumers with assistance of our in-house marketing planning team. 4. Recruit qualified business partners in Europe and US to provide "Full Link" eCommerce services. 5. Provide support to and liaise with internal stakeholders as well as our team in Southeast Asia. 6. Coordinate with other team members and company functions to grow marketing leads into sales opportunities. 7. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in the Marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communication or other relative majors. Requires a minimum of 2 years of successful hands-on experience working in consumer products or digital marketing. Knowledge of and experience in eCommerce consulting. Demonstrated ability to work with and manage relationships with customers and partners at a management-level. Ability to listen actively and think logically, strategically, and tactically to solve problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Command of English and business level Chinese required.
