Job Responsibilities

1. Designed overall solutions for photovoltaic energy storage system, including power grid side, power supply side and user side, and provided customers with technical consultation, technical exchange, scheme design and product demonstration; 2. Provided product training, technical lectures and communication to customers; 3. Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately, help customers solve product installation, operation, commissioning, maintenance problems and technical consultation, travel to the project site as required; 4. Summarized, sorted out and fed back the dynamic information of the company's products, understood and collected information of competitors' products; 5. Qualification application, customized product manual, etc.; 6. Other tasks assigned by superiors, such as warehouse inventory.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years experience in new energy products; 2. Understand the application solutions of photovoltaic energy storage system, such as power grid side, power supply side and user side, and understand the application of lithium battery, BMS, PCS and other products; 3. Good command of written and spoken English; 4. Good communication skills and pressure tolerance.
