Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for docking customers to solve pre-sale, sale, after-sale technical service related issues, provide information; 2、Responsible for technical communication with customers (including overseas customers) and record and follow up related issues; 3、Responsible for arranging experiments and analyses of customer requirements and outputting customer requirement data or reports ; 4、 responsible for external publicity materials of the product technology part of the content of the preparation and maintenance.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in materials, electronics, communication ; 2、Holding English IV/VI certificate, English major is preferred; 3, Good interpersonal and communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, adapt to occasional business trips.
