1. Engage, develop and maintain relationships with clients. 2. Target to fulfill sales target as established within Mid-Asia and Eastern Europe Regions. 3. Research on ROA solar markets and perform sales activities. 4. Plan and organize related sales events to promote and present the Company in specific markets. 5. Work closely with cross-regional teams to ensure leads and accounts have received proper management. 6. Draft regional sales short-term and long-term strategies. 7. Manage complete cycles of solar farm projects until contract signing and shipments. 8. Responsible for team recruitment, training and subsidiary divisions management.
1. Nationality: Russian Or Ukrainian Or Central Asia 2. Proven sales track record as business development or sales as EPC Solutions provider OR Solar Tracker System Solution Provider (Not experienced one also welcome to submit the Resume) 3. Mechanical & Electrical background would be plus point 4. At least Bachelor degree and Master/MBA would be plus point 5. Exceptional team management, organization and internal/external communication skills. 6. Excellent presentation, public speaking and language skills. 7. Good long-term strategy drafting, planning skills. 8. More than 5 years in solar business. 9. Russian, English and Chinese languages preferred.
