Job Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop sales strategies that make our products shine on the international market. 2. Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new ones, becoming their “superhero.” 3. Create sales forecasts and budgets to ensure the team operates efficiently. 4. Keep an eye on international market trends and adjust strategies accordingly, becoming the “think tank” for decision-making. 5. Analyze product lines, identify target markets and clients, and devise precise development plans. 6. Expand sales channels and increase client resources, helping the team soar together. 7. Lead the team to achieve performance targets, provide training and management, and elevate the team’s sales capabilities.
Job Requirements
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher—strength is key. 2. Are fluent in English; study abroad experience is a plus, and being articulate makes you more appealing! 3. Have over 5 years of experience in overseas market development and sales in the food industry—your experience will greatly benefit the team. 4. Have established channels or client resources in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or Russia—rich resources make for easier success.
