Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do  Drive the sea freight operation team on solid implementation, execution, and daily operation. To optimize, streamline and audit operational processes for efficiency and governance. To well collaborate with relevant oversea teams for better operation processes and work results. To follow and maintain the company’s policy and operating principles. Set up good relationship with customers/carriers/vendors to ensure the smooth operations To resolve any emergency and customer complaints with efficient solutions on a timely basis. Review staffs’ working processes, offer trainings and guidance when job needs. Always motivated staffs to maintain a positive and harmonious working environment Maintain budgets and optimize expenses To oversee the office management including daily operation, personnel, facilities, equipment, hygiene and safety on a day-to-day basis. Prepare regular reports to the senior management team in time. Job responsibilities will be revised according to the business needs when necessary Other tasks assign by the superior

Job Requirements
