Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Chairman in formulating the company's development and sales strategies, and organize and implement comprehensive sales plans. Lead the team to convert plans into sales results and actively expand business, establishing strong cooperative relationships with clients. 2. Develop the annual sales expense budget, guide and control the direction and progress of market sales activities. 3. Break down sales targets, assign responsibilities, establish evaluation methods, and develop or adjust sales operation policies. 4. Organize the department to develop and employ various sales strategies to achieve sales and collection goals. 5. Build and develop the sales team, including recruitment, supplementation, and training. 6. Lead the negotiation and signing of major marketing contracts for the company. 7. Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, explore new clients, and develop new market areas.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with proficiency in English or Japanese, both spoken and written, capable of conducting business negotiations with overseas clients. 2. Over 5 years of experience in foreign trade sales, with at least 2 years in team management. Familiarity with various foreign trade channels and experience in the photovoltaic bracket industry is preferred. 3. Strong capability in developing major overseas markets, with excellent marketing skills and business negotiation abilities. 4. Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with experience in team building and training. Proven track record of strong sales performance.
