Main responsibilities: The Guest Relation Officer focuses on customer service and builds partnerships with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are attended to promptly. Responsible to situations and activities that take place at the Lobby, public areas, also maintaining smooth relations between the management and the guests. Main duties: To organize and manage the Reception Counter with tact and diplomacy. To ensure all operations at the Reception Counter run smoothly. To maintain the best relation between staff and guests at all times. To coordinate with other sections of the Front Office and other Departments in the Hotel To liaise with Reservations regarding bookings and problems during check-in. To consult and inform departments concerned regarding complaints and follow up with the required action. To always follow up with departments concerned and confirm that all guest requests and requirements completed in shortest time possible. To ensure discipline at the reception counter To ensure maintenance of grooming standards at all times To always maintain a professional image at the counter. To provide prompt and courteous service at all times To give complete and immediate attention to guests’ complaints and requests To coordinate all activities at the Reception counter. Candidate’s Qualification: Nationality: North America, European Sex: Female Age；22-30 Height：1.68m and above Bachelor degree. Fluent in English. Good appearance and temperament, strong sense of service, stable work。 At least 2 years related work experience.
