Job Responsibilities

1. Develop country market strategies: Responsible for developing sales plans, marketing strategies, and development strategies for the assigned country market to increase the company's market share and brand influence in that country. 2. Manage national business operations: Responsible for expanding national business and ensuring continuous growth of the company's operations in all aspects. Also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, industry organizations, local customers, and partners to acquire resources and support for market expansion and marketing. 3. Domestic and international market research: Understand the legal, policy, economic, and cultural background of the assigned country and other major markets. Conduct in-depth analysis of the market trends and competitive landscape in the country. Monitor the performance of the company's products, marketing, and services, stay updated on the market situation, and report to superiors. 4. Risk management and compliance: Understand and comply with the laws and regulations of the assigned country to ensure the company's business activities are compliant. Identify and evaluate potential risks and take appropriate measures to manage and mitigate them. 5. Budget management and financial control: Responsible for developing the budget for the country market, overseeing and controlling costs and expenditures to ensure the achievement of financial goals for the country market. 6. Reporting and communication: Report the performance and development of the country market to senior management. Provide market analysis and recommendations. Communicate effectively and coordinate with stakeholders at various levels to ensure smooth flow of information and business operations. 7. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or related fields. 2. Minimum of 6 years of sales and marketing management experience. 3. Preferably have extensive business resources in the building materials and home furnishings industry. 4. Familiar with the latest market trends and consumer behavior, and capable of adjusting business strategies accordingly. 5. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with strong communication and coordination abilities. 6. Fluent in English or Chinese.
