Job Responsibilities
Management of company-related assets, such as fixed assets, low-value consumable assets, office supplies, etc; Responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process; Management of document collection, including details, relocation, and destruction of archival documents.; Responsible for the preparation, conference services, logistics support, hospitality, etc. for the company's large conferences and major events; Responsible for the company's office decoration, workplace beautification, green management, etc.; Contract signing and documentation management for various administrative affairs of the company; Verification, settlement, and apportionment of various administrative expenses; Responsible for monthly salary calculation and income tax declaration. Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies; Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and performance evaluations; Responsible for expatriate visa and work permit applications, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations; Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR and General Affairs role at least 2-3 years; Proficient in Mandarin and English (both oral and written). Proficient in using MS Office; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
