Main work content: 1. Develop and execute corporate human resource strategies and plans to support business growth and achievement of goals. 2. Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and smooth, attracting and retaining excellent talents. 3. Develop and promote training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and career development. 4. Manage the performance evaluation and compensation system to ensure fairness and effective incentives. 5. Ensure that the company abides by relevant laws, regulations and policies, and maintain good employee relations. 6. Handle employees' problems and complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 7. Encourage and promote company culture, enhance employee cohesion and teamwork spirit.
Require: 1. Chinese level HSK5 or above or have more than two years of experience in studying in China 2. At least five years of experience in human resource management, experience in e-commerce or FMCG industry is preferred 3. Familiar with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations and HR practices 4. Possess excellent leadership skills and team management experience 5. Cheerful personality, responsible work attitude, can handle employee relations well
