Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic networking initiatives at the regional level, engaging with C-level stakeholders to foster innovation, growth, and long-term strategic relationships. Drive innovation in partnership strategies by leveraging industry trends, both commercially and technically, to exceed partner expectations. Manage relationships effectively, navigating crises and ensuring continuous improvement to maintain strong connections even in challenging situations. Create and execute innovative sales strategies at the regional level, driving growth and guiding the sales team to adapt to market changes and seize new opportunities. Maintain a deep understanding of regional market dynamics to inform data-driven sales strategies and shape the regional sales vision and direction. Expand the company's market presence by driving growth and strategic alignment across a portfolio of key accounts, building strategic partnerships with top-tier clients through high-impact negotiations. Align sales efforts across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and market penetration. Regularly review regional performance and progress, ensuring the team achieves results and implements corrective actions as needed. Provide strategic direction for critical regional projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Anticipate potential challenges and develop innovative solutions that not only address existing issues but also preempt future challenges for continuous improvement. Bring back constant market insight to headquarter and build up effective cross-function collaboration among operation, product and markering teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in hospitality, revenue/yield management, or e-commerce. Effectively bilingual in both English and Chinese for liaision with fuction teams based in Shanghai, China. A network with Tourism Boards, Hotel Chains, and travel influencers is preferred. In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and distribution channels.Strong business acumen and analytical skills for overseeing regional performance and adapting strategies. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical mindset. Professional presentation skills. Strong cross-functional communication skills. Results and data-driven approach. Strong project management skills. Willingness to travel.
