Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development strategies to enhance business performance, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards. Build strong client relationships, proactively stay updated on market trends, regulatory requirements, and sustainable development practices. Lead and develop high-performance CSR teams across multiple regions in China and Cambodia. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve clients’ CSR standards and sustainable development goals.
Job Requirements
Over 10 years of work experience in CSR, sustainable development, or related fields; experience in the knitwear industry or manufacturing is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to develop and empower high-performance teams. Strategic thinking in sustainable development, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Willingness to travel and adapt to evolving work priorities. Higher education or professional qualifications in relevant fields.
