Requirements: •Passionate about art, design, history, craft, and technology. •Ability to work on a global team across time zones, with an understanding of cultural nuances. •Education: A bachelor’s degree in communications design or equivalent, and a portfolio including published work for web and print are required; a master’s degree is preferred. •Experience:5-7years’ demonstrated experience designing in agency setting or within major in-house operation responsible for a wide range of digital and print media. •Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities required to be able to produce multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with attention to detail. Strong team leadership skills and the ability to actively encourage and mentor junior designers. Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency in graphic, web, email, and digital design software programs, strong knowledge of standards in typography, layout, photography, IA/UX, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Skilled in using After Effects a plus, familiarity with motion graphics is essential.
