Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. +10 years experience selling in enterprise technology market with +7 plus years of proven success managing sales teams to penetrate and close business Proven track record of developing and closing new account business and meeting sales objectives individually, as well as in your management role. Demonstrated strong prospecting, “solution” selling, and closing skills. Excellent leadership, coaching, management and communication skills. Ability to build an exceptional team that can work under pressure and is comfortable with the fast pace of SanDisk ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels. Excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners. Ability to work collaboratively with supporting functions to create a result driven and team environment.
