Job Responsibilities

Overall Project Management: Take full responsibility for the entire life cycle management of sewage and drainage projects, including planning, implementation, and acceptance. Formulate detailed project plans based on contract requirements, including schedule arrangements, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure the project proceeds smoothly in accordance with established goals.​ Team Management and Coordination: Establish and lead the project team, clarify the job responsibilities of each member, organize regular team meetings, coordinate and solve problems during project execution; strengthen team building, enhance team cohesion and execution, and ensure efficient team collaboration.​ Technical and Quality Control: Control the technical scheme of the sewage and drainage project to ensure it meets relevant specifications and design requirements; establish a quality management system, supervise the quality control measures during the construction process, organize quality inspections and acceptance work, and ensure the project quality meets the standards.​ Cost and Schedule Control: Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the project cost budget, monitor project cost expenditures, promptly identify and solve cost deviation problems, and ensure the project cost is controlled within the budget; strictly promote the construction progress in accordance with the project plan, track the completion of schedule milestones, take effective measures to deal with schedule delays, and ensure the project is delivered on time.​ Safety and Environmental Protection Management: Formulate project safety management systems and operating procedures, organize safety training and disclosure work, supervise the implementation of safety protection measures at the construction site, promptly investigate and eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure construction safety; pay attention to the impact of project construction on the environment, implement environmental protection measures, and comply with relevant environmental protection regulations.​ External Communication and Coordination: Maintain close communication with relevant parties such as owners, design units, supervision units, and government regulatory departments, timely report project progress, coordinate and solve external problems in the project; handle contract-related matters of the project, including contract negotiation, signing, performance, and change management.​ Documentation and Risk Management: Organize the preparation and sorting of various technical data, acceptance data, contract documents, etc. of the project to ensure the completeness and standardization of the data; identify potential risks during project implementation, formulate risk response plans, promptly handle emergencies and risk issues, and reduce project risks.​

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements: A postgraduate degree or above is required.​ Major Requirements: Majoring in Civil Engineering or Engineering Management.​ Knowledge Requirements: Having 17 years or more of working experience in the same type of projects, and having been involved in 12 or more projects.​ Age Requirements: 48 years old or above.​ Other Requirements: Possessing proficient foreign language communication skills (such as English, French, etc.).
