Job Responsibilities

Mechanical Molding Trial -Ability to identify issues , suggest solution, Follow up with Molding factory for Trial and ensure Timely delivery of mechanical housings Mechanical Structure Knowledge for feature phone and smartphones-Knowledge of Plastic Enclosure design/DFM analysis/DFMEA/Sheet Metal /Insert Molding Keeping track of documentation like CPK FAI and Trial Reports Keeping track of planned output deliverables and escalate it to Project Lead in case of any delays or could be a delay in future. Visual and fitment verification of Mechanical Housings for Feature phones/Smartphones Manage the Molding Trial with all vendors and meet project timelines Closely interact with In-house Product team/NPI/HW/ID/Quality and factories/vendors for project requirements, technical discussions and DFM Closure Resolution of all assembly and reliability issues with Vendors and Quality Team Interact with tooling development team, conduct audit at supplier during Tooling buy off

Job Requirements

Engineering/Diploma or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering/Allied Disciplines Experience - (2-4 years) Good aptitude and technical expertise Ownership Good communication skills-Knows English/Chinese Ability to handle pressure situations Problem solving skills
