Job Responsibilities

According to the company's performance requirements, achieve the local market sales target and realize a steady growth in performance. Build and maintain local channels, establish a stable and healthy distribution channel network, and increase the overseas market share. Develop local channel customers and achieve the sell-in shipment target. Handle daily business tasks such as local customers' inquiries, quotations, shipments, pre-sales training, and after-sales services in a timely manner to fully improve customer satisfaction. Have a thorough understanding of the local market situation, actively explore potential customer leads, and reserve high-quality customer resources. According to the progress and needs of business development, report the market situation to the company at regular intervals, and formulate feasible and effective sales strategies and business planning schemes. Collect local market feedback and user opinions, investigate market and industry competitor information, and put forward constructive suggestions for the optimization and development of our company's products, so as to help the company formulate more reasonable product strategies and market strategies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or above, and Japanese can be used as the working language. Have a deep understanding and cognition of small home appliances, outdoor products, and tool products. Those with working experience in this industry will be given priority. Possess excellent negotiation skills, master strong business negotiation techniques, and be good at grasping customers' needs and providing timely and accurate responses. Have relevant experience in overseas exhibitions, be familiar with the planning and operation of various online and offline marketing activities, and those with successful cases are preferred. Have good psychological qualities, strong stress resistance, be good at teamwork, have a strong sense of ambition and self-learning ability, and be able to manage the process and goals of personal work well.
