Position Summary Have good relationship and successful record with the rich resources in Pro AV industry in US. Understanding the channel market by working with end user, consultant and integrator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Establish targeted customer development strategies in the designated territory and set up overall strategy for long term partnership. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to get The company in the vendor system and get The company products specified into projects as preferred vendor. 3.Keep informed of products, services, and other general information of interest to listed accounts. 4.Have experience with Direct view LED and have some hands-on experience to provide support in demo shootouts. 5. Coordinate with US team to provide support to channel partners, consultants and dealers during the implementation of the projects. 6. Provide Lunch and Learn, sales training, local show, or demo support on site from local if needed. Other Duties and Responsibilities 1.Host key accounts to visit HQ and factory in China. 2.Communicate with other The company business units or departments to exchange info or market insights. 3. Required Education/Experience 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in engineering, business administration or business management. 2. Sales &engineering or project management background in LED industry. Specialized Knowledge/Skills 1. Teamwork and communication skills. 2.
